Should stretching, foam roller, leg stretch with bands

Warm up sets

Working sets:

330 x 3

380 x 3

425 x 3

 

Back extensions:

+45 x 10 x 4

Ab planks:

BW x 30 sec x 4

 

Foam roller

 

Sticking to my 3 reps for the week, changing up some of the assistance work. Looking forward to next Monday’s new max attempt.
