Assistance work:

Squat BBB (& barefoot):

245 x 8 x 3

 

Roller

 

Right before my last working set, I realized I’d already done my 3’s squat session. No idea how I overlooked that other than I hadn’t marked it off on my sheet. Oh well, another squat session can only be a good thing, plus, my last working set felt a heck of a lot stronger than the previous time.
