Assistance work:

Good mornings:

185 x 10 x 1

225 x 10 x 2

 

Abs – Standing cable crunch:

120 x 15 x 3

 

Shrugs (Smith machine):

315 x 8 x 3

 

Foam roller.

 

Everything felt strong this morning, good way to start the week.
