Shoulder stretch, foam roller, leg stretch with bands

345 x 5

395 x 3

440 x 1

 

I almost had a second rep of 440, and I know I had the strength to push through, but I lost my balance and had to dump it. I’m fine with that, this just tells me I need to concentrate on additional core work, and offers me room to improve.

I am very happy with this number. I am not calling this a new PR since I’ve done 435 x 2 (which calcs out higher), but I am ok with saying this is my new 1RM (actual).  Very content with this progress.

Will enjoy my deload week next week and then on to a new cycle of 5/3/1.
