230 x 5

275 x 5

 

Assistance work:

Leg press:

340 x 12 x 2

Ham curl:

115 x 10 x 2

The end of a nice deload week. Light weights, stretching, band work, and rest.  Need to work on my calculations for the next cycle, a potentially swap in a modified set of assistance work.
