245 x 1 *PR

 

Assistance work:

Push-ups:

BW x 20 x 3

 

245 is a new PR for me. Bench is an area I’m never completely satisfied with my numbers (yes, my bench sucks), but, am satisfied to continue to make progress.  Also, I’ve decided I need to get back into the basics and use push-ups as an assistance move. Aside from more benching, this is likely to have the biggest impact on my long-term improvement on this lift.
