Deadlifts went very well. I’m just sticking to my set number of reps, but 425 for 3 went up without any issues. Felt like I could have kept going for quite a few more. Good times.
Tried a sample of GAT ‘Jet Mass’ creatine that a friend gave me. Tasted pretty good, but have a few more samples to go before I give a full opinion on it.
