[5/3/1 – Week 3] – Dead Lift

As outlined in a previous post this is week 3 of my first 5/3/1 program.  Here is today's training log.

(Warm ups: Stretch – Foam roll, hip flexors/quads, jump rope)
40% x 5 = 155
50% x 5 = 195
60% x 3 = 235)

75% x 5 = 295
85% x 3 = 330
95% x 1+ = 370

370 x 5 x 1 (last set) Hit my EST 1RM exactly. No PR, but on target.

Assistance Work #2:
Good morning:
5 sets of 12

105 x 12 x 5

Hanging leg raise:
5 sets of 15

BW x 15 x 5
