[5/3/1 – Week 2] – Military Press

As outlined in a previous post this is week 2 of my first 5/3/1 program.  Here is today's training log.

(Warm ups: Stretch – Jump Rope and/or Broom handle stretch
40% x 5 = 55
50% x 5 = 70
60% x 3 = 82)

70% x 3 = 100
80% x 3 = 110
90% x 3+ = 125

125 x 9 x 1 (last set) *PR  [125 x 9 x .0333 + 125 = 162]

Assistance Work #2:
Dips:
5 sets of 15

BW x 15 x 5

Chin-ups:
5 sets of 10

BW x 10 x 5
