<p>Felt great today. Trying out a new supplement that LG Sciences (<a href="http://twitter.com/#!/LGSCIENCESDIREC" target="_blank"><span class="tweet-user-block-screen-name user-profile-link">@LGSCIENCESDIREC</span></a>) sent me, called <a href="http://www.lgsciences.com/Testosterone-Booster-p/t-911.htm" target="_blank">T-911</a>. It&#8217;s a testosterone booster that dissolves under the tongue.&nbsp; Tasted like Halloween candy!&nbsp; I&#8217;ll have to give it some time but my first impressions are great. I didn&#8217;t want to stop lifting and only did so because I needed to get showered and to work.&nbsp; This could be fun! I&#8217;ll keep posting as I use it.&nbsp; Thank you to Rob K at LG Sciences for sending it.</p>

<p>Deadlifts went very well. I&#8217;m just sticking to my set number of reps, but 425 for 3 went up without any issues. Felt like I could have kept going for quite a few more. Good times.</p>
<p>Tried a sample of GAT &#8216;Jet Mass&#8217; creatine that a friend gave me. Tasted pretty good, but have a few more samples to go before I give a full opinion on it.</p>

<p>A friend gave me a sample of &#8216;BPI Sports 1.M.R&#8217; to try out.  Typically I take 2 scoops of any pre-workout but since this said it had 300 mg of caffeine I thought 1 scoop would do.  It was ok, but I&#8217;ll just say that I&#8217;m happy it was a free sample. </p>
<p>Good training week. Hit close to where I wanted to be on each of my last sets, and still feel progress being made. Should be a great weekend with friends and family, and a bit of rest.</p>
