				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you happen to read my training log, you&#8217;ve likely noticed that I have not been posting for a week. I had last week off and took a week off lifting as well; the body needed rest.&nbsp;</p>
<p>It was great to have a week off mentally, and physically. Spent a lot of time with my wife and son; did a few things that I think qualify as a bit of excercise. Went for a few bike rides; my son is learning to ride without training wheels (good cardio running behind him to make sure he doesn&#8217;t fall.) Swimming, park, soccer, and other adventures.&nbsp; Had a lot of fun.</p>
<p>Now that I&#8217;ve been away from training I am really looking forward to tomorrow. I start my 11th cycle of 5/3/1 and cannot wait to be deadlifting in the morning. I bumped up deadlifts &amp; bench press, but felt I should leave military press &amp; squat at the same numbers.&nbsp; I&#8217;m also planning to change up the assistance work and will log that as the week progresses.</p>
