<p>35 lb kb x 20 x 4</p>
<p>One arm walk (holding kettlebell to my side). Basically, walked up and down the street which is at a slight incline.</p>
<p>35 lb kb x 2 trips/each hand = 4 trips total</p>
<p>Then went on a bike ride with Ian</p>

<p>Went on a bike ride with Dawn and Ian</p>

<p>All of this was a lot of fun. I can tell the kettlebell is going to be great.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Getting ready this morning to go out and do some cardio I checked Twitter. My friend Blake was talking about riding his bike to work, my other friend Geoff rides his bike to work all the time, as well as another friend Dave. So, motivated by a few friends, I decided that would be this mornings cardio. I&#8217;m working from home today so it wasn&#8217;t all the way in to work, but just the streets around our home. It had been a while since I&#8217;ve taken a bike ride alone and it was a blast (though I still dislike bike seats. ugh.). I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;ll be doing this more often.</p>
