Consistency hasn’t been there lately so 425 felt heavier than it should have. Need to work on that.

Training Log: Conditioning

Had planned to lift this evening, but by the time I got away from work it was a bit late. So, went out and did some jump rope, pull ups, and then played some ‘tennis’ in the street with the big man. Not much, but got me moving.

Things felt pretty terrible this session, but it’s been a rough week at work so whatever. Glad for the weekend.

Tonight the big man and I watched a few more episodes of Vikings so he’s caught up for season 2!! Best show ever.
