Everything felt pretty bad today. Then as I was getting ready to do assistance work, I went to bounce the ball with my son for a bit. I must have twisted wrong since I had a quick pain in my back. Decided to stop there with no assistance; it just wasn’t my day

Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band

385 x 3

430 x 1

 

Done with another round of 5/3/1 – ready to start a new cycle. Debating what assistance and numbers I’ll use though, may bump a couple down to work back up.
